The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to Meesho sellers and customers, resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.

Responsibility

• Respond to seller and customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide information on Meesho products and services
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
• Maintain and update customer records
• Track and report on customer satisfaction
