Meesho is looking for Help Desk Technicians to join our growing team and help us provide technical support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in a variety of customer service tasks. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide timely and accurate support to our customers.

Responsibility

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Provide information about Meesho's products and services
• Assist customers with onboarding and troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
• Document and track customer interactions
