We are seeking a customer-centric and technically savvy Help Desk Assistant to join our team at Meesho, India's fastest-growing e-commerce platform. As a Help Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with technical support and assistance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, answering customer questions, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Answer customer questions about Meesho products and services
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Stay up-to-date on Meesho products and services
