Responsibility

    • Onboard and train new entrepreneurs on the Meesho platform and its features
    • Provide ongoing support to entrepreneurs through one-on-one consultations, email, and phone support
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that entrepreneurs may encounter
    • Track and analyze customer data to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
    • Work with other teams within Meesho to ensure that entrepreneurs are getting the best possible support
