The Customer Service Manager (Fresher) is responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives at Meesho. This includes tasks such as developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, and resolving customer escalations. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn about customer service management principles and practices and gain experience in a leading Indian e-commerce company.
