The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to the overall success of Meesho's customer support operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Meesho's products, services, policies, and procedures
• Effectively troubleshoot customer issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions to ensure their satisfaction
• Process customer orders, refunds, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions for future reference
