As a Call Center Representative at Meesho, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive customer relationships. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, account inquiries, or product-related questions. Your empathy, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be instrumental in maintaining Meesho's reputation for providing a seamless and delightful customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly and professionally, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively.

Resolve customer issues effectively: Employ active listening and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of customer issues, provide solutions that meet their needs, and escalate complex issues to Team Leads or relevant departments.

Provide product information and support: Stay up-to-date on Meesho's product offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and consistent information to customers. Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and order-related queries.

Gather and document customer feedback: Gather valuable customer feedback through interactions and surveys to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience. Document customer feedback accurately and share it with relevant teams for consideration.

Contribute to continuous improvement: Actively participate in feedback sessions, share customer insights, and suggest process improvements to enhance the call center operations and customer support experience.
