As a Call Center Representative at Meesho, you'll be the friendly voice guiding customers through their Meesho journey. You'll answer questions, address concerns, offer product recommendations, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring every interaction is informative, helpful, and delightful. • Craft Happy Endings: Offer proactive solutions to address issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and work tirelessly to turn every interaction into a positive experience.
• Become the Meesho Guru: Possess a deep understanding of Meesho's platform, policies, and product range, confidently answering customer questions and recommending exciting deals to suit their needs.
