Responsibility

• Provide technical support to customers over the phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of customer issues, such as software problems, hardware problems, and network connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Maintain and update knowledge of LIC products and services
