The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop hardware and software, as well as experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will be responsible for providing first-line support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring software, and providing training on the use of desktop computers and applications.
