LIC is looking for an Assurance Manager to join our growing team and help us ensure the quality and effectiveness of our internal audit function. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of auditors in conducting audits of LIC's operations, systems, and processes. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, reporting audit findings and recommendations to senior management, and following up on corrective actions.
