Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers entering the store. Actively listen to their needs and understand their vision requirements.
• Showcase and recommend products: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Lenskart's product range, including eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Recommend suitable options based on individual needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Process transactions: Assist customers with selecting frames, lenses, and accessories. Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Contribute to a positive and customer-friendly environment.
• Contribute to sales targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets through effective product recommendations and customer service.
