• Greet and assist customers with their eyewear needs
• Provide information and advice on Lenskart products and services
• Help customers choose the right eyewear for their needs
• Process eye exams and contact lens fittings
• Sell eyewear and contact lenses
• Answer customer questions and concerns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
