Lenskart is looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer experience at Lenskart, from pre-purchase to post-purchase. You will also be responsible for managing and training the customer success team, and for gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
