Jio is looking for Collection Agents to join our growing team and help us collect overdue payments from our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the collections process and experience in negotiating and closing payments. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collection goals and meet customer needs.

Responsibility

• Contact customers with overdue payments to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans.
• Collect payments from customers over the phone, email, and in person.
• Update customer accounts and track payment progress.
• Escalate difficult cases to the Collections Manager.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
