Job Summary:
We're seeking a creative, energetic, and results-oriented individual to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you'll be involved in a wide range of marketing activities, from crafting compelling content and managing social media channels to assisting with campaign development and market research. You'll learn from industry experts, develop essential marketing skills, and play a key role in amplifying Jio's brand message and reaching new audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution:
- Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content (social media posts, website copy, email marketing materials) aligned with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Manage and update social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials (presentations, brochures, flyers).
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Brand Management:
- Support brand positioning and messaging initiatives to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on current marketing trends and best practices to maintain Jio's competitive edge.
- Assist with media relations activities and manage press inquiries (as needed).
- Marketing Support:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the marketing team as needed.
- Assist with organizing marketing events and trade shows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or actively pursuing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting clear and concise messaging.
- Creativity and a passion for developing engaging content (written and visual) for various marketing channels.
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret marketing data.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
