Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in the design, development, testing, and implementation of critical space systems. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of engineers in the development of space hardware and software.
  • Conducting in-depth analysis and designing innovative solutions for complex engineering problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in the aerospace industry or related field
  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams
  • In-depth knowledge of space systems engineering principles
  • Strong understanding of design, development, testing, and qualification processes

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
