Responsibilities:

• Tech Detective: Diagnose hardware and software issues, analyze error messages, and identify the root cause of computer problems with a Sherlockian spirit.
• Resolution Champion: Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, including hardware failures, software malfunctions, network connectivity problems, and data recovery needs.
