Indian Oil is looking for passionate and experienced Staff Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of open positions at Indian Oil. You will also be responsible for making hiring recommendations to the hiring manager and for coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans
• Source and screen candidates from a variety of sources, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position and the company culture
• Make hiring recommendations to the hiring manager
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
• Perform other staff recruitment related tasks as assigned
