Indian Oil is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Desktop Support Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to Indian Oil employees, resolving their IT issues and concerns, and helping them to get the most out of our IT systems and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to Indian Oil employees over the phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and concerns
• Provide information and advice on Indian Oil IT systems and resources
• Document and track IT issues
• Escalate complex IT issues to the appropriate level of support
