We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, opening accounts, and answering customer questions about our products and services.

Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer service to customers in person and over the phone
• Process transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• Open new accounts and help customers choose the right products and services for their needs
• Answer customer questions about our products and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
