About the Role:

As a Marketing Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving HCL's sales growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and developing leads, building relationships with potential customers, and promoting our industry-leading IT solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate qualified leads through a variety of channels, including online research, cold calling, and social media outreach.

- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers, answer their questions, and address their concerns.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of HCL's offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (freshers will also be considered for exceptional candidates).
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
