Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to Havells customers over the phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and concerns
• Provide information and advice on Havells products and services
• Document and track IT issues
• Escalate complex IT issues to the appropriate level of support
