You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to Havells employees, resolving their desktop issues and concerns, and helping them to get the most out of their desktop computers and software.

• Provide first-level technical support to Havells employees over the phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues and concerns
• Provide information and advice on Havells desktop computers and software
• Document and track desktop issues
• Escalate complex desktop issues to the appropriate level of support
