You will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to Havells' guests, including welcoming and greeting them, answering their questions and concerns, and making their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

• Answer guest questions and concerns about Havells products and services
• Provide personalized assistance to guests, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and booking tours and activities
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk
