GoMechanic is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to GoMechanic customers, resolving their issues and concerns, and helping them to get the most out of our products and services.

Responsibility

• Provide first-level technical support to GoMechanic customers over the phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and concerns
• Provide information and advice on GoMechanic products and services
• Document and track IT issues
• Escalate complex IT issues to the appropriate level of support
