Go Mechanic is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Care Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent customer service and communication skills. You will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our customers, both over the phone and in person.

Responsibility

• Answer customer questions and concerns about GoMechanic's products and services
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Care Manager
• Provide feedback to the Customer Care Manager on ways to improve customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned
