You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Responsibility

• Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
• Train and coach customer service representatives on new products and services
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met
