You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to Freecharge employees, resolving their IT issues and concerns, and helping them to get the most out of our IT systems and resources.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and concerns, including hardware and software problems
  • Provide information and advice on Freecharge IT systems and resources
  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Document and track IT issues
  • Escalate complex IT issues to the appropriate level of support
