You will be responsible for collecting overdue payments from customers and resolving delinquent accounts.

• • Contact customers to discuss their outstanding balances and develop payment plans
  • Negotiate settlements with customers and accept partial payments
  • Update customer records and track payments
  • Escalate accounts to management as needed
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
