Summary
We are searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Data Entry and Back Office Specialist (remote-friendly). In this versatile role, you'll handle a range of tasks, including meticulous data entry, managing documents, and providing essential back-office support. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in computer literacy and a desire to learn. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous individual with excellent organizational and time management skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry:
- Enter and verify data into various Flydubai databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update existing data records, reflecting any necessary changes or corrections.
- Process flight information, including schedules, bookings, and passenger details (if applicable).
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis tasks as instructed.
- Perform data quality checks to identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies.
- Back Office Support:
- Provide administrative support to assigned departments or teams.
- Manage calendars and schedules for designated personnel (if applicable).
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Process and manage documents, such as invoices, receipts, and other paperwork.
- Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel (if applicable).
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics (if applicable).
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking and efficient use.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or administrative role (an internship may be considered).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 WPM.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience:
