• Accurately enter customer data, including contact information, order details, and payment information, into our customer relationship management (CRM) system

• Verify and validate data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Maintain and update customer records, including changes to addresses, contact information, and preferences

• Enter order data, including booking details, guest information, and room assignments, into our reservation management system

• Process financial transactions, including recording payments, refunds, and adjustments
