Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer inquiries and orders by responding to customer emails and phone calls, generating quotes, and processing orders
• Prepare and track sales reports by collecting and analyzing sales data, creating reports, and presenting findings to the sales team
• Manage customer relationships by building rapport with customers, resolving customer issues, and providing ongoing support
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements
