- Negotiate and close deals with seller partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support onboarding of new seller partners, providing training and guidance on using Flipkart's platform and managing their online presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with seller partners, fostering loyalty and ensuring their continued success on Flipkart's platform.
- Track sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against individual and team targets.
