• Provide technical support to Flipkart's customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Flipkart's products and services, including computers, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
• Document and track customer interactions.
• Provide feedback to the product and development teams to help improve the customer experience.
