Customer Success Manager
In this role, you will be the voice of Flipkart for our customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will also play a key role in identifying areas for improvement within the customer journey and developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide efficient resolutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams (logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Proactively identify areas for knowledge base improvement to empower future customer interactions
