  • Respond to customer inquiries: Address customer queries received through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chat, and social media. Understand their concerns, provide accurate information and solutions, and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Resolve customer concerns: Work collaboratively with customers to resolve their issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction. This may involve order tracking, product information assistance, returns and refunds processing, and troubleshooting technical difficulties.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships: Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide solutions with a friendly and helpful demeanor, ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience.
