The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong customer focus and a proven track record of success in collecting delinquent payments. You will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding balances to negotiate payment plans and collect payments. You will also be responsible for updating customer records and tracking collection progress.
