Responsibilities

• Answer and handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide information about Car24's products and services
• Answer customer questions and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Provide general support to the Car24 team, such as scheduling appointments and processing paperwork
• Perform other duties as assigned
