• Provide first-level technical support to Car24 employees over the phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and concerns
• Provide information and advice on Car24 IT systems and resources
• Document and track IT issues
• Escalate complex IT issues to the appropriate level of support
