Summary

We are seeking a bright and motivated Junior Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting various engineering activities across different stages of a project lifecycle. This role provides an excellent platform to gain hands-on experience and develop your technical skills in the power sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in engineering principles, a willingness to learn, and a passion for contributing to the success of complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in various tasks related to project design, development, and execution
Prepare technical documents, drawings, and reports as assigned
Conduct site visits, collect data, and participate in project inspections
Perform technical calculations and analyses using relevant engineering software
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in the power sector
Contribute to research and development initiatives as required
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to quality control procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (required)
Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, including mathematics, physics, and mechanics
Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) (preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
