Position: Help Desk Specialist

  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and identify the root cause of their issues.
  • Provide clear and concise explanations of banking processes and products in a way that's easy to understand.
  • Research and troubleshoot customer problems effectively, finding solutions and resolutions promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Contribute to a positive and helpful environment for all customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer concerns clearly.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
