Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the branch premises, including common areas, offices, and customer service areas.
• Perform basic housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying waste bins.
• Deliver mail and other documents within the branch and to external locations.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and direct them to relevant departments.
• Run errands and perform other tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager or other supervisors.
• Ensure the security and safety of the branch premises by adhering to security protocols and reporting any suspicious activity.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information and documents handled during the course of duties.
• Uphold the bank's image by maintaining a professional demeanor and providing courteous service to all customers and colleagues.
