  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems with computers, networks, and other IT systems
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees
  • Train employees on how to use computer systems and software
  • Maintain and update computer systems and software
  • Keep up to date on the latest IT technologies and trends
