Responsibility

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and social media.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Axis Bank's products and services.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about Axis Bank's policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics.
