As an Auditor at Axis Bank, you'll be responsible for conducting independent and objective assessments of the bank's financial statements, operations, and internal controls. Your work will be vital in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying potential risks, and providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Financial Statement Auditing:
    • Conduct comprehensive audits of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement
    • Prepare audit reports with clear findings, recommendations, and opinions on the accuracy and fairness of financial statements
  • Operational Auditing:
    • Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of various bank operations and processes
    • Identify potential risk areas related to fraud, security, and compliance
    • Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Present audit findings and recommendations to management and the audit committee in a clear and concise manner
    • Work collaboratively with various departments to address identified issues and implement corrective measures
