Responsibilities:

• Assist with the procurement of goods and services, including creating and sending out purchase orders, tracking orders, and following up with suppliers
• Manage supplier relationships by building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts, and resolving supplier issues
• Ensure that all purchases are made in a timely and cost-effective manner by reviewing purchase orders, comparing quotes, and negotiating prices
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchases and supplier relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned
