Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and feedback
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
