Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share for Amul's dairy products in assigned territories
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluation
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring timely achievement of objectives
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including establishing relationships with key distributors and retailers
• Negotiate and close deals with major customers, maximizing sales revenue and profitability
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market trends
