Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages: Receive, sort, distribute, and dispatch incoming mail and packages accurately and promptly. Maintain organized filing systems for all correspondence and documents.

Schedule and manage appointments for employees: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees according to their calendars and preferences. Maintain accurate appointment records and ensure timely reminders are sent.

Manage office supplies and inventory: Order, maintain, and distribute office supplies, stationery, and other necessary items to ensure adequate stock levels. Manage inventory records and track usage to avoid overstocking or shortages.

Provide general administrative support to employees: Assist employees with various administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry. Provide general office support and handle inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all back-office activities, including correspondence, appointments, inventory, and employee support requests. Ensure records are organized and easily accessible for reference.
